Originally a sour, top-fermented wheat beer and once referred to by Napoleon’s troops as the „Champagne of the North“, Berliner Weisse is now refreshing with fruity aromas of raspberry or woodruff.

Goes well with: pure with blue cheese and Brie, mixed with salad and sweet desserts
